30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we inspect your return.

How to Return an Item

Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please keep your tracking number.

Get Refunded

Once inspected, we issue the refund minus applicable fees.

Transparency on Fees

We strive to keep prices low, but certain third-party costs are non-refundable. Please be aware of the following deductions from your final refund amount:

  • Restocking Fee Free (0%)
  • Return Shipping Paid by Customer
  • Processing Fee Important
    3% of Total

* The 3% processing fee applies to both Returns and Order Cancellations because payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) do not refund the transaction fees to us.

Replacements & Exchanges

Damaged / Defective?

We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We can send a replacement free of charge, and the return shipping fee may not be required.

Want to Exchange?

Fastest way: Return & Re-buy. We typically do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the size/color you want before it sells out, simply return your current item for a refund and place a new order.
