Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time
We process orders within 1‑2 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Times
• United States: 2‑10 business days after processing.
• Europe: 7‑13 business days after processing.
• Canada: 8‑15 business days after processing.
• Other countries: 10‑20 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (or equivalent). Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee.

Tracking & Delivery
All orders include end‑to‑end tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. If the tracking page does not update right away, please allow 24‑48 hours for the carrier’s system to reflect movement.

Customs & Duties
For international shipments, customs or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
