How many days does the customer have to return?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes — a 3% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at sales@trustymall.us to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
